You have 14 days, from receipt of goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (eg. underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Should you choose to return or exchange your order you will need to deliver the item(s) to the Singapore, where this seller is based.
Refunds will be provided in the form of store credits, excluding postage charges. All returns must be delivered using either courier or registered mail and in their original condition and packaging, tags intact, unused and unwashed. We reserve the right to decline a return should there be missing packaging.
For the interest of every child, we only exchange items if orders that are incorrect or defective. This is to ensure hygiene standards are not compromised and that all items have not been worn before. Exchanges must be done within 14 days of delivery.
