Exchanges & Returns:

  • If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange. In the event that you are not able to select a replacement from our available stocks, we will issue a credit voucher equal to the value of your returned item/s for your future purchase. 
  • We regret that we Do NOT offer cash refund.  All accepted returns will be refunded in the form of an in-store credit which can be used to offset purchases with us
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  In the rare instance when this happens, please contact us via email.  We will bear the cost of the postage fees incurred, both ways
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and returned in a reasonable time frame. (within 7 working days from receiving your order). Items must be unworn, unwashed and in "äs new" condition with all original tags / labels attached, and plastic packaging unopened.  Please note that äs new"refers to both the product and its packaging. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse an item that does not meet these requirements, and will have the item returned at the sender's expense.
  • Our return policy does not apply to items in the clearance section, promo items, items purchased with special discount codes applied at checkout and preordered goods.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend that you send your items b registered mail, which will help facilitate the tracking status of your own returns.  Do note that we would not be able to advise on the status of your return, nor be responsible for any delays or lpss, if you have chosen a non-trackable mode of return
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Please note that no unauthorized returns will be accepted.  You must notify us and wait for our approval and instructions before shipping an item back to us
  • Please note that all refunds will be processed within 48 hours. If you haven't received the refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.   There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at littlegemsinc@gmail.com
