Please note that all credit card and paypal payments has to be made in a single transaction in order for the orders to be despatched out in one shipment. Payment made in separate invoices will be shipped separately.  There will not be any refund of shipping charges if you request for them to be shipped in a single package.

Singapore shoppers may pay via Bank Transfer. Available for Singapore orders only. This can be conveniently done via the internet, ATM or over-the-counter.

Inventory TOP

If the product(s) you are searching for is not currently listed online, or is listed as 'Sold Out', it is not available at our web store at this time. We may or may not re-stock our previously featured/sold-out stock, as many of our designs are made in limited quantities. Email us at littlegemsinc@gmail.com with your enquiries.

By placing an item in your shopping cart, the item is not reserved. Items are reserved after the checkout process is completed. 
 
If you are paying by Bank Transfer, please opt to pay by Check/Cash.  We will reserve your items for 5 days, and will relese the item back for sale, if we do not hear from you. Please email us at littlegemsinc@gmail.com if you have enquiries.
 
For payment by Paypal, you will be directed to make your payment immediatly via Paypal. Your items will then be shipped within two working days.
 
 

Order Processing TOP

 
Ordering is easy through our website.

Once you have chosen the item you wish to purchase, simply choose the size and click the "Add to Cart" button. You may continue to add or remove items to your basket until your order is complete.
 
To go back to your shopping cart at any time, click on the "CART". When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Checkout" and follow the easy instructions to process your order. New customers will be asked to register a few details at this stage.

If  you are planning to make your payment via Paypal, select Paypal upon checking out. You will be redirected to our secure payment server, where you input the necessary details.
 
If you plan to pay  by bank transfer, select "Check" as an option to make payment. You will received an acknowledgement email within 24 hours to advice you on the bank details. Your item will be reserve for you for 36 hours. We will release the item back for sale if we do not hear from you.

Confirmation of Orders
 
After you have checked out your order successfully, an email order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have entered during checkout.
 
Please ensure that you have provided a correct email address. Please also ensure that you have added our email addresses to your email safe list. Check your junk mail folder if you still haven't received any email confirmation from us as there is a high chance for all system-generated emails to be wrongly directed there.
 
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Tracking number for all registered articles will be provided for all registered articles on enquiry. Your package may be tracked at www.singpost.com.sg/ra  


Colours TOP
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate

Cancellation of Order TOP

Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. Your order will be shipped as scheduled.
 
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

Shipping & Delivery TOP

 
We ship everywhere! Well, almost, except for countries that Paypal does not accept payments from.

All orders take 1-2 Business Days to be processed and packed for shipping. Packages are shipped out 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. More often in a week, if required. 
 
Same day door to door next day delivery service is available at $9.15. Please let me know if you require this sevice
 
Please keep in mind that we are a small business and not a corporation. We currently operate with only myself, and occasionally hubby who helps out. There may be slight delays in getting packages out during peak periods such as during the school holidays, and festive seasons.
 
We have selected service providers with the goal of delivering your pacels securely and reliably, at the lowest possible price. 
 
We do not charge any handling fees.
 
We are currently offering free registered postage for local orders above $100.00 nett (after applicable discounts).  Applicable to Singapore addresses only.
 
Once your order has been shipped out, an email notification will be sent to you with details about your shipment. If you have registered your package, the registration number will be provided in this email.  Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email.
 
 
Shipping Charges - International (Non-Singapore) Orders
 
All international orders will be sent by registered airmail.  We use Singpost.
 
Postage charges for the 1st Item will be at $10.00. Each subsequent item purchased will be at $5.00 each (up to 10 items).  For purchases of 11 or more items, we will advise and assist you in getting a more suitable delivery package.

Depending on the distance, the average delivery time is within 7-15 business days using our recommended delivery services. It could be slightly longer depending on your country's customs and postal security checks.

If you have any special instructions, please write it in the Comments/Instructions box at the bottom of your checkout form.

Do note that there may be delays in processing during peak festive or sale periods.

Shipping Charges - Singapore Orders
 
Shipping charges by Singpost Non-Standard Mail for all purchases will be as follows.
 
One item - S$1.00
Each additional item will be $0.50 each
 
Postal / delivery time is a maximum of 3 business days from the day of mail-out
Customers assume liability for all risks for items sent out by this unregistered mail option.
 
Please request for package to be sent by registered mail at an additional $2.30. Please note that we will NOT be liable for any lost packages, and will not offer any compensation should your package be lost in transit.  We will however offer as much assistance as possible in providing information for tracking purposes.
 
If you require door to door courier service, we will advice you on the charges accordingly.
 
Self-Pick Up
 
Much as we want to, we seek your kind understanding that we do not offer meet-ups at this point in time.  If  you prefer to pick up your paid orders, you may do so at Bukit Panjang during weekday evenings.  Prior arrangement required.
 
 
Shipping to a Different Address

You may request for an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address. At the Shipping Page during checkout, simply choose the different stored address in your account or input a new one.
 
 
Shipping to Malaysia / Indonesia / Brunei
 
Packages shipped to Malaysia will be by registered mail. Charges will be at $5.00 for the first item, and each additional item at $2.00 each.
 
 
Registered Article
 
All Registered packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.
 
 
Wrong Address

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct mailing address. We will not be responsible for any lost articles which arises from wrong addresses provided.  

In the event that the article is returned to us, we will make every effort to contact you to resend the package to you. However, you will need to pay for the postage fees to resend the article back to you.  

This is applicable to the Free Delivery Promotion.  We will have to charged you the postage fees for resending the package back to you.
 
 
Delivery Schedule
 
All deliveries are made on weekdays only. For Singapore Shoppers, you will receive your items in just 2 - 3 Business Days

Import Taxes & Customs TOP

 
Import taxes are sometimes levied by a country’s customs and tax authorities, at the time of delivery. Taxes vary and are calculated on the value of the goods. 
 
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay for when we fill your order, but upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment.   Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information.
 
Sales Tax
 
Currently, we do not  charge any sales tax
 
 

Exchange Policy TOP

 
We want you to be happy with your purchase and trust that you will be. However, if our products are not satisfactory in any way, we want to know. 
 
We will gladly replace any item that is faulty or is not what you originally ordered. Please keep in mind that shipping fees are never refundable unless the mistake was on our part.
 
 
Singapore customers

Return your order within 3 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging. We’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund. 
 
International customers

Return your order within 14 days of receipt, unused with the tags attached and in its original packaging. We realise that delays are sometimes encountered and that's why we have given you an extra 7 days more than our domestic guarantee.  If your returned order happens to encounter a delay because of customs checks or other delivery problems, do not worry. As long as you have posted it within the 25 days - you can still return your order.  
 
 For refund, we will credit the amount by the same mode as your payment.

 
Exchanges
 
Please note that all sale items are exchangable but non-refundable.
 
If you would like to exchange colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above, indicating your requirements. If possible, please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. Please include a self addressed envelope with postage charges. 
 
We recommend that you send your item by registered mail (as proof of postage) as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. Please note that the postage cost can only be refunded if the item is faulty
 
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Please ensure that your name and address are clearly indicated on the self-addressed envelope. 
 
Please note that no unauthorized returns will be accepted. You must notify us and wait for our approval and instructions before shipping an item back to us.
 
Please take note that all returned articles are your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
 
 
Little Gems reserves the right to refuse any returns, refunds or exchanges.

Missing / Damaged Orders TOP

 
We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order during mail transit. Please email us with the Subject 'Damaged Order' within 2 days of receiving your order, or email us immediately if your order hasn't arrived after 3 weeks.

We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination. Postal insurance for Registered Mail is only up to a maximum amount of SGD68 (subject to postal terms and conditions)
 
However we will make every effort to rectify the situation, thats our promise to you.
 
Package Damaged in Transit 
 
Little Gems Inc. prides itself on taking exceptional care when packaging and sending your chosen goods. If an item should arrive damaged, please contact us promptly to discuss an appropriate resolution.
 
We take the utmost care to check over our stock before it leaves us. However should an item arrive that is faulty we will happily replace that item or refund it's value upon receipt and authentication of fault.
 
IWe would appreciate if the damaged article be mailed back to us within 2 business days from the date of receipt.   This will allow us to present it as physical evidence when filing the claim (Shipping charges will be refunded after the claim has been resolved).
 
Missing Articles
 
If your parcel does not arrive within a timely manner- please contact us and we will administer a search for your parcel.
 
Once a claim of lost or damage to articles has being filed, it will take between 1 to 3 months for the issue to be resolved. We will not be able to make any refunds until the courier has refunded us for the insured amount claimed.  A package must be missing for 30 days from the date it was shipped before a claim can be filed
 
There will not be any compensation for lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by a customer at checkout. We will not be responsible for the loss of these packages.
 
In the event of a package being redirected back to us, due to wrong address provided at checkout, we will make every effort to ship it to you as soon as confirmation is provided for the correct address. Shipping charges will however be borne by the buyer.
 
Please make sure you feel comfortable with these terms before placing your order, as no replacements and no refunds can be made if an order is lost or damaged while in transit for packages sent by unregistered mail.
